Unissula Pharmacy Has Eight New Foreign Students

The Unissula Faculty of Pharmacy has eight new students from abroad. They are Edhiba El Mahdi (Morocco), and Manar Rashad Ahmed Shayea (Saudi Arabia). Others are Ribal Al Islam Djarboua and Soundes Fars from Algeria. From Egypt Wegdan Mostafa Ahmed Eltaher Ahmed Obied Alla and Yasser Saoud. Nada Ali Mohammed Ali Qaseer (Yemen), and Khaled Eltayeb (Sudan). All of them will attend the new student orientation (Taaruf Week) in early September 2024.

Unissula Chancellor Prof. Dr. Gunarto SH MH hopes that the Unissula Faculty of Pharmacy can improve international relations. “We hope that the Faculty of Pharmacy will continue to establish cooperation and good relations with various countries, and produce graduates who are not only competent in the field of pharmacy, but also have broad global insight,” he explained, (08/08/2024).

Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy Dr. apt. Rina Wijayanti MSc welcomed the arrival of international students. “We are very pleased to welcome these new students from various countries. Their presence not only enriches our academic environment, but also strengthens Unissula’s position as an international campus. And one of the supporters in maintaining the Faculty of Pharmacy’s Excellent accreditation,” he said.

In addition, the Head of the S1 Pharmacy Study Program, apt Meki Pranata MFarm added that the S1 Pharmacy was designed according to international education standards. “With international higher education standards so that it can attract students from various parts of the world. We are committed to providing the best educational facilities and supporting students in achieving brilliant academic achievements,” he said.

The Unissula Faculty of Pharmacy has two study programs, namely the Unissula S1 Pharmacy and the Pharmacist Study Program. This study program is the only one in Indonesia that has been accredited Excellent.
